Questions we are asked most
- What machinery services do you provide?
- We provide machinery dismantling, machinery relocation, machine installation, and testing and commissioning. We also handle container stuffing, container unstuffing and flat rack container lashing, along with machine logistics and warehousing support.
- Which areas do you serve?
- We carry out projects across Malaysia. Our team has also worked on machinery dismantling in Taiwan for subsequent installation in Malaysia, and on the installation of new machinery in Cambodia.
- Can equipment be rented daily, weekly or monthly?
- Yes. Forklifts, boom lifts and moving equipment are available on daily, weekly and monthly rental arrangements.
- Is a rental deposit required?
- No deposit is required for equipment rental.
- When is rental payment due?
- Payment is made upon delivery of the rented equipment.
- Can a forklift operator be arranged?
- Yes. A forklift operator is available on request at an additional charge. Please mention this in your enquiry so it can be included in the quotation.
- Is equipment transport available?
- Transport is provided for rented forklifts, and transport arrangements are available for boom lifts and moving equipment. Transport charges, availability and scheduling are confirmed in the quotation.
- Do you handle container stuffing and unstuffing?
- Yes. We handle container stuffing, container unstuffing and flat rack container lashing as part of our container services.
- Can you support installation after relocation?
- Yes. Installation, together with testing and commissioning, can be included in the same project scope as dismantling and relocation.
- What information is needed for a quotation?
- Your name, a contact number, the service required, the project location and a short description of the work are enough to begin. Further details such as machinery type, weight, dimensions, site access or rental duration are helpful but not required at the enquiry stage.
- Are services available throughout the year?
- Yes. We are available 365 days a year for project scheduling and enquiries.
