What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, contact number, email address, service required, project and delivery locations, the description of the work, preferred dates, and any optional machinery details, site access notes or files you attach. We also record the time of the enquiry and a technical identifier derived from your connection, used only to limit spam and duplicate submissions.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out the work if you decide to proceed. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and attachments are stored in a secured database and private file storage. Only authorised Alpha Movers Services staff can view them. Attachments are never publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, deliver the work and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact sales@alphamoversservice.com and we will handle the request.
